Our Mission

The PCFC Way

Three pillars. One club.

School First

Academic responsibility comes before football. Players must keep their grades; coaches and parents back them up.

Child Safeguarding

Rigorous safeguarding standards, the Technical Firewall, and a transparent Coach Agreement protect every Bagani.

Bagani Spirit

Courage, respect, and service — the warrior code that shapes our players on the pitch and in the community.

The Crest

A shield, a ball, a pineapple crown.

Our official seal carries the story of who we are — rooted in the pineapple country of Manolo Fortich, guarded by a shield of safeguarding, crowned by three stars that name our purpose.

  • Three Stars

The three guiding pillars of PCFC: School, Player, and Bagani spirit.

  • Pineapple Crown

A tribute to our roots in Manolo Fortich — the pineapple country of Bukidnon.

  • The Shield

Safeguarding the youth we serve, and the integrity of the beautiful game.
